Currently Nicola is an esports community manager for ESL following many years as a freelancer talent and player manager across the globe. She has a 1st class honours degree in Ecology and conservation. During her career she  progressed  from playing competitive CS 1.6 to volunteering at major gaming events throughout the globe, to freelancing some of the largest esports events in the industry. She has  been featured in the BBC documentary "Blurred line: The true battle of the sexes" Currently she focuses on supporting the esports grassroots community and the volunteers that orchestra their tournaments. She also specialises in developing new games into establishing an esports scene and the creation of future esports legends.
